About us
About DueFiled: a filing service for Ontario's AODA report.
DueFiled is a small, Toronto-based filing service. We do one thing: help Ontario businesses and non-profits file their mandatory accessibility compliance report before the December 31, 2026 deadline — in plain English, for a fixed $695.
Here's the situation we kept running into. Ontario's accessibility law requires every private business and non-profit with 20 or more employees to file a compliance report every three years. The next deadline is December 31, 2026. Every cycle, thousands of organizations that should file… don't.
It's not because they're careless. It's because the middle of the market got stranded. If you're a 30-person company with no in-house lawyer, your options were: figure out the government portal yourself, hire a lawyer who bills by the hour, or pay a consultant for an engagement you didn't ask for. The office manager who's supposed to handle this is already doing three other jobs.
So we built the option that was missing: a fixed-fee, done-for-you filing service. A 15-minute checklist, documents we draft for you, a 30-minute call where we complete the portal together, and a proof pack for your records. About five business days, start to finish.
What DueFiled is — and isn't
We're not a law firm and this isn't legal advice — we're administrative filing support. We prepare your report based on the information you provide, and a director, senior officer, or authorized person from your organization certifies it, exactly as the law requires. We're not the Government of Ontario and we're not affiliated with it. We don't sell website overlays, "AODA certificates" (which don't exist), or anything else — just the filing, done properly.
Our mission, plainly stated: no Ontario organization that wants to file should miss this deadline because the paperwork was too confusing, too expensive, or too intimidating. That's it.
