Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. What we are — and aren't
DueFiled provides administrative filing support for Ontario accessibility compliance reports. We are not a law firm, and our services are not legal advice. We prepare and file your report based on the information you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for your organization's legal compliance.
2. The Filing Package ($695)
Our one-time $695 fee (plus applicable taxes) includes: the gap checklist, drafted policies and documents tailored to your organization, a guided filing call through Ontario's Accessibility Compliance Reporting Portal, and a filing confirmation plus proof pack. The fee is fixed at the time of booking.
3. On-time filing guarantee
If we do not get your accessibility compliance report filed by December 31, 2026, we will refund your $695 fee in full. This guarantee does not apply if you fail to provide required information or make a senior officer available for certification after reasonable notice.
4. Payment
Payment is due at booking, by e-transfer or card, against the invoice we send you. Work begins once payment is confirmed.
5. Refunds
Before we begin drafting your documents, you may cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. Once drafting is underway, the on-time filing guarantee in section 3 applies.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information; to review the documents we draft before they are filed; and to make a senior officer available to certify the report as the law requires.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us ($695). We are not liable for fines, penalties, or other consequences arising from your organization's compliance obligations, which remain yours.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
