Pricing
One number. $695.
Fixed means fixed. A lawyer bills by the hour and the meter never stops. Consultants quote open-ended engagements. We charge one flat fee for the whole job — and we put it in writing before we start.

Our on-time filing guarantee
If we don't get your report filed by December 31, 2026, you get your money back. The deadline is the whole point of this service — so we guarantee it in writing. (The one exception: if you don't get us the information we need, or don't make a certifying officer available after reasonable notice — see terms.)
Your options
What does filing actually cost? An honest comparison.
There are four ways to get this report filed. Here's what each one really involves.
| Path | What you pay | What it costs you in time | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Do it yourself | $0 in fees | Days of reading legislation, drafting policies, and learning the portal — usually spread over weeks | Organizations with in-house compliance staff and time to spare |
| Lawyer | Hourly billing, uncapped | Less of your time, but the meter runs on every email and revision | Complex situations with genuine legal risk |
| Consultant | Quoted engagement, varies widely | Moderate — but scoped to their process, not your deadline | Broader accessibility programs beyond the report |
| DueFiled | $695 fixed | ~45 minutes of your time, ~5 business days total | Getting the report filed correctly, on time, without the overhead |
We're biased, obviously — but the comparison is real. If your situation is genuinely complicated, we'll tell you to talk to a lawyer instead. See exactly what the $695 covers →
Pricing questions
The fine print, in plain English.
Yes. The gap checklist, drafted documents, filing call, and proof pack are all included. No hourly billing, no "phase two," no surprise add-ons. If anything about your situation would need extra work, we tell you before you pay — not after.
At launch, no — $695 covers both the 20–49 report (customer-service compliance) and the 50+ report (all applicable standards). If a 50+ filing turns out to need materially more work, we'll say so up front, before any payment.
At booking. We send an invoice you can pay by e-transfer or card — whichever is easier. Work starts once payment is confirmed.
The December 31, 2026 date is set in regulation. If it ever moved, we'd file you against the new date and tell you immediately — your fee wouldn't change.
Before we've started drafting your documents, yes — full refund, no questions asked. Once drafting is underway, the guarantee covers what matters most: filed by December 31, or your money back (provided you get us what we need on time — see the terms).
