For Ontario employers with 20–49 staff
AODA report help, sized for your business.
Know what applies to you. Organize your evidence. File with your authorized signer before December 31, 2026.
Straight up: DueFiled is an independent filing support service. We are not the Government of Ontario and not affiliated with it. Ontario's filing portal is free and public — you can file yourself. We exist for organizations that want a human to prepare the paperwork, organize the evidence, and walk through the submission with them. Your own director or senior officer certifies the report, as the law requires.

How we work
Every answer mapped to evidence. Nothing invented.
For each report question, we document what backs your answer — and flag what's still open. Your officer reviews and approves every line before anything is filed. Illustrative sample below, not a real client file.
| Report answer | Backing evidence | Next step | Client approval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customer-service policy in place | Policy drafted 2026-10-01, tailored to your business | None | Approved |
| Staff trained on accessible customer service | Training log template provided; delivery dates to be confirmed by you | You confirm training dates | Pending |
| Multi-year accessibility plan | Plan drafted covering 2026–2028 | Post on your website | Pending |
A template is a practical aid — it doesn't prove training happened. Only your records and your officer's attestation do that, and we say so on every file.

Built for Ontario private businesses and non-profits with 20–49 employees. What 20–49 actually requires: accessibility policies and staff training are the core obligations — Ontario does not require smaller employers to document every general accessibility policy the way larger organizations must, and the multi-year planning expectations step up at 50+. Your gap checklist determines what your organization actually needs; we don't sell you documentation the rules don't ask for. 50+ organizations are welcome — the Proof Pack covers the additional documentation, or a custom scope for complex cases.
Turnaround is about five business days once your intake is complete and your certifying officer is available. Our on-time money-back guarantee covers the human-led packages ($249/$595); the $99 kit is self-serve — see terms.
Fair questions
Asked and answered, honestly.
Correct — the province doesn't charge to submit. You'd pay us for the preparation, evidence organization, and guided time: the checklist, the drafted documents, and someone who walks through the portal with you. If you'd rather do it yourself, here's the official portal.
That can be a good fit for simple cases. Compare exact deliverables before choosing: our $595 Proof Pack includes hands-on document drafting tailored to your business, a live guided filing session, and an organized proof pack — not just templates. Ask what their price includes, then pick the scope that matches your situation.
No — and neither can any service, lawyer, or consultant. The law requires your own director, senior officer, or authorized person to certify. We prepare everything; your officer reviews each answer and signs.
Then we say so, honestly. A "no" is a legitimate report answer — Ontario accepts reports that disclose gaps; what's prohibited is filing false information. If your gaps are material, our Proof Pack maps them and builds what's needed first — anything beyond that gets a custom quote, up front, before you pay anything.
